Courtney Keesee
Hi, I'm Courtney Keesee. Thank you for the search!!
My name is Courtney Keesee and I am an African American Irish member of the US millennial generation. A former homeless kid from the streets of Tampa Florida that never learned the word Quit. Blessed with the will to 'do something' I've paid my own way at every turn including being a scholarship athlete in golf after injury ended my aspirations in football. Finance has always been my professional passion since completing a Bachelors of Science Degree from Florida Southern's Barnett School of Business and Free Enterprise. While wandering in undergraduates course work a role as a fearless appointment business call scheduler led me to an offer from one of the US's premier internships at Northwestern Mutual where later I was recognized as the top intern in my district. Given then the rare chance to go from an intern to a full registered representative contract with Northwestern, I operated my own agency specialized in Corporate Risk Management and Liquidity/investment Strategies. More clearly said I was a Business Development Officer with a financial stake in the sucess of my team. I then joined Wachovia Bank in an attempt to use past complex finance course work in real life at the height of the biggest financial collapse in US history. During my time at Wachovia/Wells Fargo I have been a part of the consolodation of key markets/segments in the largest financial merger in US history. I've also had the pleasure of being recognized as leading business producer, All Star Newcomer 2012 Wholesale Banking, Next Generation Leader, and with numerous achievement awards over multiple segments. Now as a proud field member of the Wells Fargo Wholesale team, a director of Center Point Church, Youth Leader at the Vanguard School and an expecting father I work every day to make a positive impact on finance in today’s environment and for future generations. I will begin a graduate program in the fall of 2014 in Advanced Technology with the goal of learning ways to use technology to make American Financial Management more efficient, have less waste and lasting for future generations.
